Chapter 34 of Ezekiel hones in on the shepherds or rulers of Israel. They had been self-centered and allowed the flocks they were to protect to starve & perish. A shepherd has a heavy responsibility to look out for their sheep. Israel's shepherds failed in their task. Praise God for the Good Shepherd that He would send to save His faithful sheep.
