Job has been experiencing a great deal of suffering. We can relate to personal trials and feeling awful. In chapter 3, Job is emotionally raw and wishes he had never been born. Some of us have felt that way. Eventually, the 'companions' start to speak in the following chapter and really don't offer words of comfort.
