1 Kings 19 is a powerful portion of Scripture because it is so relatable to us. This text picks up after Elijah revives the widow's son and is victorious over the prophets of Baal. Elijah should have been confident, but it turns out he was fearful and isolating. We can relate to how Elijah felt. If you struggle with depression or anxiety, this will be a good study for you.
