Jesus responded to an inquiry about an inheritance issue by speaking the Parable of the Rich Fool. The rich fool was so wrapped up in himself that he neglected to share with others and to consider the pricelessness of riches in heaven in contrast to the earthly riches he had. Mankind often shows this same devotion to materialism instead of a devotion to the God Who made those materials and brought those blessings that we enjoy.
