After God had blessed Israel to return from captivity in Babylon, the people became slack in their chief responsibility to build up the house of God. The prophet Haggai stimulates the people with a rebuke of their excuses and the people respond by getting back to work. Applying this to today, what sorts of excuses do we need to overcome in order for us to seek the building of God's house as our first priority?
