We continue our study of Jonah 1 and the flagrant disobedience of Jonah as he runs from God. This lesson addresses the miraculous elements of the book, Jonah in the boat, and the sign of Jonah. Jonah's negative example of running away from God contrasts strongly with the obedience of Jesus, both of which serve to instruct us in our role toward God.
