This lesson addresses the divine prerogative of the church, the organization of the church, and the government of the church. After these three main points are established, the lesson progresses into what the appointment of elders looked like in the first century and what it looks like today. There are similarities drawn and some differences as well. It's an interesting and practical look at what the Bible reveals about what the appointment of elders looks like in the 21st century.
