The bondservant of God is an unashamed (or approved) workman of God and a vessel of honor prepared for every good work. This man or woman of God SAYS AND DOES the right things. He does not get wrapped up in controversial speculations or wrangling over words. He pursues peace, love, righteousness, and faith. He flees the lusts of this world, cooperates with other Christians, is kind to all, able to teach, patiently endures evil, and corrects his opponents with gentleness.
