Ahab, Jezebel, and Naboth

Ahab and Jezebel's conflict with the Lord, his prophet Elijah, and the vineyard owner Naboth are notorious. Steve explains some of the issues leading up to this conflict, as well as the conflict itself. He brings out the insight that Naboth's vineyard would have been an important addition to Ahab's palace, as Ahab and Jezebel served hundreds in their idolatrous feasts. Steve also brings the most recent archaeological findings of Jezreel and the fantastic discovery of what seems to have been Ahab and Jezebel's palace as well as the winepress of Naboth!
